What is a PGP and how do you complete one? Professional Growth Plans (PGPs) are self directed, job-embedded professional learning. With a PGP, you set your own goals, align them to a set of standards, gather evidence, and reflect. Teachers, paraeducators, and all ESA roles including school counselors and school psychologists may complete a PGP and earn 25 clock hours. Come learn about the PGP process, what you need to do, and how you have a PGP reviewed.
