Get support with your micro-credential! In this course, you will choose to either 1) Follow along with a facilitator to start work on a micro-credential, or 2) Get feedback, share ideas with other participants, and ask questions as you work towards demonstrating the identified competencies in the micro-credential. Completing micro-credential orientation is REQUIRED prior to attending micro-credential workshop. Specific break-out rooms will be available for those completing Equity or STEM micro-credentials.

You will attend this workshop one time for each NEA micro-credential you intend to complete. You may attend and earn clock hours for this course as many times as you attend, as you will be working on a different micro-credential each time.

While completing certain specific micro-credentials will meet the equity or STEM certificate renewal requirements, this workshop itself does not meet the equity or STEM requirement. This workshop meets the Leadership certificate renewal requirement.

In order to earn Washington clock hours for NEA micro-credentials, you need to:

(1) Complete WEA micro-credential orientation to learn about the process and select a micro-credential. Complete orientation ONCE.

(2) Register for an NEA micro-credential https://nea.certificationbank.com/Washington AND register for WEA clock hours for the specific NEA micro-credential you selected at wea-win.org

(3) Complete the WEA micro-credential workshop EVERY TIME you are working on a new micro-credential.
