Event Information
You're invited to join us for a powerful learning experience focused on Assistive Technology (AT) and its evolving role in education. In this course, you will explore the history of AT, examine the barriers that delay implementation, and gain insight into how inequities can limit student access—and how we can change that.
Together, we will take a deep look at how AT supports skill development, how its use aligns with national standards, and what tools are currently available to enhance accessibility. You’ll also have the opportunity to see artificial intelligence in action as a form of assistive technology.
By the end of this session, you'll walk away with a plan for practical AT use in your own setting, along with strategies to extend support and connections beyond the classroom.
We hope to learn and grow alongside you—your participation matters.
