Come work on completing your PGP! Professional Growth Plans (PGPs) are self directed, job-embedded professional learning. In this follow-up session designed for those who have already attended WEA Introduction to PGPs, educators will work on refining and finishing their PGPs. Educators will examine their work in the context of the PGP rubrics, give and receive feedback on their PGPs, and learn how to record and submit their PGP evidence for clock hours. Educators will review the requirements for a PGP to meet the equity or STEM certificate renewal requirements. Teachers, paraeducators, and all ESA roles including school counselors and school psychologists may complete a PGP and earn 25 clock hours.
