In this micro-credential, educators demonstrate the ability to perform organizational leadership tasks that maintain or enhance an organization’s effective operation. They use the Learn-Design-Do-Reflect Cycle to conduct a needs assessment and develop and implement an improvement plan grounded in organizational leadership skills for working productively with others. This micro-credential meets the leadership certificate renewal requirement. To earn clock hours for this micro-credential: (1) Complete WEA micro-credential orientation to learn about the process.
