(3) Complete the WEA micro-credential workshop EVERY TIME you are working on a new micro-credential.

Using the Learn-Design-Do-Reflect Cycle, educators analyze their leadership style, conduct research, and engage organizational stakeholders to drive meaningful change while preparing for challenges that emerge throughout the advocacy process. In this micro-credential, educators develop leadership skills to organize and advocate for a researched cause or policy. Using the Learn-Design-Do-Reflect Cycle, educators analyze their leadership style, conduct research, and engage organizational stakeholders to drive meaningful change while preparing for challenges that emerge throughout the advocacy process.
