The mission of the ESTS Project is to change the culture of how emergency substitute educators and the greater substitute community are supported, trained, and valued within public education. This course is a monthly series to provide ongoing support of district professionals who work with substitute educators in identifying, developing, and strengthening strategies, resources, and opportunities for substitute educators to grow in their professional practice.

Participants will be able to:
1. Identify problems of practice specific to supporting substitute educators.
2. Identify strategies, resources, and/or opportunities within their district to address the identified problems of practice.
3. Implement a plan of action to improve how their substitute educator community members are supported, trained, and valued within their district.
