National Board Maintenance of Certification Session II: Working Through Your PGEs (2hr)

In order to maintain National Board certification educators must complete and submit a Maintenance of Certificate (MOC) every 5 years. This work session is a continuation of Work Session I, and will help NBCTs get feedback on loosely constructed PGEs, the core of the portfolio. They will come in with their own PGEs draft or loosely written ideas and have time for collaborative conversations. It will be a 90 minute work session, with an optional 30-minute question and answer, held on Zoom and the second in a 3-part series of work sessions. Participants may choose to take this session more than once, bringing a different PGE each time. Prerequisites: In order to attend, NBCTs must bring a draft or detailed outline of one PGE and have done at least one of the following: Attend MOC Work Session 1 Attend an OSPI MOC Overview and Getting Started session Read and understand the MOC instructionsCourse Objectives
