The 6th Annual Rainier Educators of Color Equity Leadership Conference centers on the theme "Standing in the Gap #IamBuiltforThis," with an emphasis on moving from understanding to action. After years of educating and raising awareness about the importance of equity work, this year’s focus is on organizing, mobilizing, and embedding that work in collective spaces to foster meaningful change. We are committed to making tangible progress in improving outcomes for our students, families, and communities.
